Your Coverage

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers the MarineGuard™ Protection Film for a period of 5 years from the date of installation (by certified installer). It provides protection against manufacturing defects in the material.

Material Coverage

Material coverage is provided for the entire 5-year duration of this warranty. Should you experience any issues with the material of the MarineGuard™ Protection Film within this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Limited Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies exclusively in the United States and Canada and is valid only for the original consumer purchaser; it is non-transferable. Coverage excludes damage due to misuse, accidents, misapplication, ordinary wear, external impact or debris, and damage to the original surface during film removal. Some installers may offer additional warranties or remedies beyond MarineGuard’s standard coverage.

Implied Warranty Limitation

All implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of the applicable warranty period. Note that some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this restriction might not apply in your case.
